Branson Ridge and Compton Ridge. Not as convenient to Branson activities as some of the other choices. Lastly, own this seems to be a tent camping mecca.
Kudos to him for fine job. Do not pass this one up without checking it out! If I could get the same site again, I would stay. Close to a restroom must have. The only facilities we used during our stay was the laundry.
We camped here the last week in April. We did not use the showers, but they appeared clean. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Variety of sites to choose from, ie.
- Unfortunately for us, our site was not shaded.
- Management did not seem to care about leaking water connections either.
- We saw and spoke with one of the new owners several times as he was walking the park, taking note of where to concentrate the rejuvenation efforts.
Rates and Reservations for Branson Musicland Campground
Our pad is a concrete, full-hookup, back-in and has a bare muddy area where our stairs hit the ground. If we were in the area again, we might consider a private park and all the amenities they offer instead since the full hookup sites here were just as close together as those at private campgrounds. The park hosts bluegrass festivals, craft festivals, family festivals and a Christmas festival against the backdrop of the Ozark Mountains in scenic Branson, Missouri.
Ours was well shaded, dating and close to a water supply. Staff is professional and informative of events. The park could be difficult to drive around if there is snow or ice on the streets due to the steepness of the hillside. Lots of tent campers and very well set up.
Table Rock Lake is beautiful and many activities are available on the lake. We stayed in the park for one week. Activites listed below may be subject to weather and season. The other members of the group will make their own reservations Musicland Kampground will block these reservations as pending until guaranteed by the individuals. Very affordable place to use as a home base for a Branson activities.
Widgets and Badges for use on your Park website. The campground is situated on a hill, but the sites are terraced and grated with a soft gravel. Space between sites was not level making it difficult to have outside activities.
KOA Holiday Campgrounds
Take bikes, trails are very nice to ride - paved. There are many trees and most sites have a small shelter with a table. We've been here a couple of times before.
Great time to be in the Branson area. Make a Reservation If you would like to make a reservation at Musicland Kampground, please fill out and send the following form. Water pressure wasn't the best but wasn't a problem for us.
Trails are not marked that great. There were other nice touches as well. If the time comes for us to visit Branson again, we will definitely stay here.
This park has lots of walking trails. The staff can help you with discounted show and attraction tickets. The only negative was the showerhouse as it was dated, but they have built brand new ones that just weren't open yet.
Branson Missouri Campground
This campground is always my first choice when I come to Branson. Coincidentally, the campground ownership changed hands two weeks prior to our stay. Changed some fittings and all was well.
Our site was short, but adequate, on the side of a hill, very hard to level. It's on a hillside so if you get in a spot it's hard to get back out when it's time to leave. More Local Area Information.
The trail between the marina and dam was wonderful. We were very pleased with this campground. We were willing to take any spot and knew of empty spots, but instead of helping us, dating no sex they directed us to a number.
Close to walkway to strip top of park must have. Also, we had a couple of issues that were addressed immediately by the friendly park staff so we were pleased. Groups enjoy the large convention center, pavilion, catering and entertainment. Sites are shady and well spaced for a private campground. Level sites, good maneuverability.
Reservations and check in after hours on Sunday went well. The only real downside was how close the sites were to each other. There are two adjoining camp grounds here in Branson. We're continuing to improve our Campground Owner Management system and more enhancements are coming soon.
Some of the sites farther up on the hill are better. From the road the park slopes down hill. The people at corporate were just as unhelpful. Your mobile operating system? Although the sites are not crammed together they are close enough.
There was a playground for our son and the trail was paved and very nice from the marina to the dam. We were there as the flooding receded, dating couples so our experience was a good one. My wife and I stayed for a week at this campground in mid-September. We would stay again if in the area. But it was spacious enough to open our slides and extend our awning without worry of impacting our neighbors and there was adequate parking at our sight to accommodate our F tow vehicle.

They also have a mixture of full hook ups and some with just water and power. The really nice, full hookup sites are booked up well in advance so get a reservation well ahead of your visit. Full hookups are in the interior.
Good location for visiting Branson. Go, enjoy and know that this place is all that people say it is! We found access to this park very convenient if not slightly confusing the first time.
